Crewe in the Community

As the development proceeds we will use the website to inform the community in and around Crewe of progress and how we will work to become an integral part of the town centre and involve local people and stakeholders.

Examples of some of the initiatives we have successfully implemented in the past and will look to run similar events in Crewe include:

​

• Working with local colleges and training providers for learning and work experience

• Promote a local supply chain using 'Meet the Buyer' events allowing us to work with local companies on the Royal Arcade site

• Work with local schools offering work placements and visits throughout the project

• Integrate with the town centre community and make a positive difference to the environment

• Employ local people on site wherever possible and ensure all vacancies are promoted via the local Job Centre Plus

• Regular newsletters on progress via the website social media and newsletters
